My story

Who I am

I'm Rohan Shinde, a Full-Stack & AI Application Developer at Fristine Infotech in Pune. I build software for organisations that need more than a working demo: systems that are designed deliberately, cost less to run, stay dependable when a dependency fails, and measurably lift the efficiency of the people who use them.

How I think

My engineering foundation (a B.Tech from SVKM's NMIMS Global University) is paired with an MBA in Information Technology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth. The pairing shapes how I work: every technical decision is weighed against cost, risk and business outcome, not just elegance. I would rather ship the simpler system that earns its keep than the clever one that needs constant care.

What I build with AI

I design LLM applications that are meant to be trusted: agents that call tools and APIs, retrieval grounded in a client's own documents, stateful workflows with human approval, and the evaluation, guardrails and observability that make their behaviour measurable. I hold the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification.

Where I'm from

I'm based in Pune, Maharashtra, with my home town in Dhule. Pune is where I build; Dhule is where I come from. It keeps me close to the practical needs of small and mid-sized businesses as well as large organisations.
